1What is IPTV?
Internet Protocol Television ( IPTV ) is the digital service delivered to your television through a high-speed internet (broadband) connection. In this service, channels are encoded in IP format and delivered to your TV through a set-top box or smart device. IPTV service also includes video on demand without needing a VCD/DVD player. You don’t need satellite cables or dishes – just a high-speed internet connection. (Min 5mbps recommended) – to watch from anywhere.
2Why do I need IPTV?
Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) provides one of the most diverse ways of enjoying unlimited TV wherever and whenever you are. The technology relies on Internet Protocol to synchronize seamlessly with telecommunications to provide you with the ultimate streaming television viewing in HD quality.
3How does it work?
It works via an app on your android device connected to your TV. We recommend Perfect Player which is available free from Google Play Store. Get Perfect Player free here - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.niklabs.pp&hl=en
4What are the benefits of IPTV over traditional TV services?
IPTV offers a cost - effective way of accessing hundreds of TV channels. In comparison to local cable TV providers, IPTV is far less expensive and does not come with additional costs of buying and installing dishes and antennas. It gives you access to your favourite TV channels from your TV laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Unlike traditional cable TV, IPTV allows you to stream live TV in HD even when you are travelling. You can even bring your device with you when you go on holiday. All you need is an internet connection in your hotel or residence accomodation.
5I have a Smart TV do I need to buy a box?
No ! You're in luck. All you need to do is download the Smart IPTV App from the Google Play Store to your Smart TV. It's free to try for 7 days. After the trial you pay a one - time payment to http://siptv.eu of just €5.49 and you own it. Buy a subscription from us, send us your MAC Address & we'll send the channels to your TV from our servers. Simple. Get the App here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eu.siptv.video&hl=en
6Where do I get the set top box needed to connect to my TV?
Ebay is the place to go
7I tested your service but I got lots of buffering. Why?
99% of the time the problem is because you are connected to the internet wirelessly. Wifi is strongly discouraged when using our service. Many people don't realise that their internet speed drops by 40-50% when using wifi. Because the majority of our channels are in HD, a hard-wired connection to your modem using an ethernet cable is absolutely vital.
